Untouchable Records (UR) is promulgated for the purpose/s of productions, phonograph records/recordings, publishing, promotions, marketing, distributions, entertainment, intellectual property, creative works and artistic property, etc. within the recording broadcasting industry/music industry/entertainment industry. The "Processing Proceedures" with Untouchable Records, Inc./Untouchable Records (URI/UR) for potential artists and others seeking a career/occupation with URI/UR is:

A non-refundable application fee of $25.00/xx via "United States Postal Service (USPS) - Money Order; Payable to: "Untouchable Records, Inc. USPS Info: @ www.usps.com/money/sendingmoney/moneyorders/welcome.htm

A vocal demo (CD) accompanied by one (1) instrument, a piano or guitar. Applying to a "Rapper," rapping to a bass beat or drum beat. Applying to a "Group," acappella will suffice. Cover a standard song, no originals. (Not responsible for uncopyrighted songs.)

Professional Portfolio, (Photo Head Shot-To Waist) 8X10 print size.

A properly constructed, double-spaced typed written Bio:

a.) Influence: this must reveal your early life as far back as you can recall. How music influenced you, its role in your life and its impact. Even people who had a part in it are essential.

b.) Inspiration & Motivation: this must reveal at what point in your life were you inspired and motivated to commit yourself to the endeavor of the music world. When was the deciding moment that sparked the fire? What were the circumstances and/or conditions that moved you to dedicate yourself to music? This segment also addresses the question as to why you are involved with music, as well as why you love it!? What is the driving force that keeps you compelled to music?

c.) Musical History: this must reveal any musical abilities and experiences performed by you. Whether it was in a school show, at home, with family or friends, in church or where ever; if it has anything to do with music skills/talents it needs to be stated chronologically.

d.) Professional History: this must reveal any professional activities in music, such as: live band with any Artist in performance, any production of a professional CD and/or digital/sync music written/tracked for a production, etc.

e.) Administrative Skills: this must reveal any managerial, supervisory and/or counseling skills that you have actually employed at the work place, occupation, organization, etc. Please be descriptive.

f.) Associations: this must reveal any opportunities you've had the privilege of being in the presence of, taking pictures with and/or getting an autograph from affliates of the recording broadcasting industry/music industry/entertainment industry. ("The Industry")

g.) Affiliations: this must reveal any relationship you might have had with a Professional Rights Organization, Music Union or any other type organization that is for the benefit of musicians, artists and/or writers, etc.

h.) Icons: this must reveal your favorite artists of "The Industry." Please list them in order of importance or admiration.

i.) Objectives: this must reveal your vision within "The Industry" as well as your legacy. In other words, you must describe your goals, how you intend to reach them and make them a reality. What is the projected time frame to succeed at these objectives/goals. Outlining a plan of action to accomplish your ideals/dreams within "The Industry."

j.) Complete and answer three (3) basic questions in detail: 1.) what do you want? (viz.-within "The Industry" and URI/UR) 2.) what are your expectations? (viz.-within "The Industry" and URI/UR) and 3.) what are you willing to do? (viz.-what sacrifices and/or risks are you willing to make to succeed within "The Industry" and URI/UR? Are you willing to do what is required or necessary to succeed within "The Industry" and URI/UR, legally, morally and ethically?)

7. Any applicant who fails to comply with the standard "Processing Proceedures" will be subject to rejection.

10. Once all materials are received, follow-up "Processing Proceedures" will continue.
