AND, I WILL GIVE U AN I.O.U. FOR 25.00 for application fee, and the money will be drawn from my 1st royalty check. How's that? If not, then no deal! No reputable record label charges a fee, and it might even be illegal, but I'm not sure on that one.&n.....

While waiting, I turn to my left and see one of those, you know, those...coin-holder somethings for leukemia patients?
Now, usually, I just see 'em and just get back to my business, but this particular one was none like I've seen before.
Under each coin pocket, it says either "25 cents" or "1"
...You wanna guess what I saw in like...almost all these pockets?
...pennies...
...
...PENNIES!

That's right, back from West Africa and I'm glad I went. I witnessed my sister get wed to a great guy, met new and interesting people as well as old ones, and made important contacts; I still didn't get to meet Desmond Elliot yet, my "twin" in Nolly wood (Nigeria's Hollywood) I don't know if I've mentioned this before, but everywhere I went, people thought I was him! "You look like Desmond Elliot, man! Are you Desmond Elliot?" Most importantly, I got the R & R I needed. It still hasn't quite set.....

Many times the aforementioned has been asked. I thought about this question for the umph-teenth time as I laid asleep last night. I figured since the Bible says that we are all made in His image and likeness, then not only is He Black, but Asian, Caucasian, Spanish, etc. I mean, since He's omnipresent, why can't He be omni-racial? I see God now as a rainbow. You know how a rainbow has 7 colors? Well, I see God as a rainbow of every single race; you got Black being one spectrum, White being anoth.....

Very old news, but, did anyone hear about TMZ posting a photo of Beyonce wearing some bizarre outfit during a performance and calling her, though they say they didn't, a "roboho"? The outfit she was wearing was kinda silverish, revealing, of course, and she had this wing-like stuff coming out from the back, making her look like a metallic Tinker Bell or whatever. Well, what happened after that, for those of you who haven't heard is that Al Sharpton sounded off at TMZ claiming that they were bein.....

I was just watching "Meet the Faith" on BET. They were discussing a popular topic, the portrayal of blacks in media, especially within Hip-hop. I think they had director Chris Robinson as part of the panel and then they interviewed David Banner. If I was paying attention correctly, they were saying that all that these young black male rappers are doing is simply reflecting society within their art; I agree with that claim, HOWEVER, I can't help but question why stop at just reflecting our hardsh.....
