1. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want an isocratic and irenic Government with a philanthropic spirit, an altruistic commitment and an egalitarian obligation. We want this Government (USA) to sustain its Constitution, virtuous resolutions and noble promises; further, we want this Government (USA) to promulgate liberty and justice for all.
2. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want this Government (USA) to avow the Pygmalion Juggernaut of the of the so-called American Negroes/African Americans, Reparations and Atonement; thus, acknowledge the stalwarts of history preceding: Congressman John Conyers and his “HR-40 In Congress;” (The Reparations Study Bill) Minister Silas Muhammad of the Lost Found Nation of Islam and his “Reparations Petition” of March 18, 1994 to the United Nations; (UN) the National Black United Front, (NBUF) under the leadership of Dr. Conrad Worrill and the December 12th. Movement (D-12) under the leadership of Viola Plummer and support of Mr. Roger Wareham, Esq. for their launching of “We Charge Genocide Campaign;” State Senator Bill Owens for his Bill demanding Reparations in the State of Massachusetts; Minister Louis Farrakhan and Minister Benjamin F. Muhammad for “The Million Family March-National Agenda 2000-2005;” Mr. Randall Robinson’s powerful book “The Debt;” New York Councilman Charles Ogeltree and Mr. Randall Robinson’s “Dream Team” including Mr. Johnnie Cochran, Esq. and Mr. Willie Gary, Esq. to pursue legal strategies to attain Reparations; Ms. Deadria Farmer-Paellmann’s law suit against FleetBank, Aetna Insurance Company and CSX Corp. for Reparations; Chicago Alderwoman Dorothy Tillman for her National Conference to build support for Reparations in 2001; and N’COBRA’S (National Coalition of Blacks for Reparations in America) Umbrella Organization for World Conference Against Racism, (WCAR) Reparations and Crimes Against Humanity. And further, we want this Government (USA) to bestow honor upon Nat Turner for his gallant struggle for liberation, independence and dignity; Crispus Attucks for his courageous battle against enslavement, racism and oppression; Truth for her bold stand in the face of death to advocate the abolishment of slavery; Frederick Douglass for his endeavors in journalism, his statesmanship and his profound statement of “agitate, agitate, agitate;” Harriet Tubman for her valiant conviction to the Underground Railroad for Freedom; the Honorable Marcus M. Garvey for his galvanizing mass mobilization of repatriation toward the Homeland; the Honorable Elijah Muhammad for his Master Plan of Reformation and Do For Self Programs for black people of America; (former slaves of the white slave master) Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. for his brilliant mind and dynamic oratory that resulted in civil rights and affirmative action; Al-Hajj Malik Shabazz (a/k/a Minister Malcolm X) for the inspiration of black power, spearheading the floodgate of International ties and networking for the so-called American Negroes/African Americans and his advocacy for human rights to the UN; (United Nations) and the many others, too numerous to mention, who have been defamed, smeared, traduced and stigmatized with vile derogation via the tyrannical protocol.
3. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want the total indictment of our case against this Government (USA) brought before the Civil Rights Commission, the Human Rights Commission, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Congress, the United States Senate, the United Nations, (UN) the World Court/International Court of Justice, the Public International Law/International Public Law, the Courts of the Homeland, (so-called Africa) International Commission, International Tribunal and the International Criminal Court (ICC) in a global open public forum with International Media coverage. We lodge the charges on all counts against this Government (USA) to wit: a.) the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade, b.) chattel slavery, c.) biological and chemical experimentations, exterminations and warfare against the so-called Native Americans (Indians) and blacks, d.) wholesale slaughter of black people, e.) mass mutilation of black people, f.) vindictive terrorism, g.) Holocaust of black people, h.) organized slavery warehousing, i.) systematic institution of the enslavement of black people, (the Making of a Slave) j.) Apartheid against black people, k.) mental mutation of black people, (Mental Slavery, Self Hatred and Denial Syndrome, etc.) l.) tricknowledgy, m.) depravation of Black Family life, n.) forced subliminal seductive and manipulated assimilation, o.) demarcation of total freedom for black people, p.) vehement duress, coercion, compulsion and undue influence of abjuration against black people, q.) Anachronism, r.) plagiarisms and cultural banditry of black people, s.) racism, t.) Jim Crowism, u.) racial segregation and racial discrimination, v.) racial profiling, w.) police brutality and entrapment, x.) Gestapo tactics against black people, y.) oppression, and z.) genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes.
4. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want a Comprehensive Freedom: we want freedom that is not only physical, but we want freedom that frees us from spiritual, mental, corporal, political, economical, military, legislative, institutional and systematic bondage. We want freedom that stipulates and guarantees us the entitlement of absolute fraternal, sorority, family, ethnic, religious, social, political, economical, military, legislative and institutional liberties, etc. We want freedom that constitutes our solvency and enables us the independence of autonomy, self-determination and empowerment. We want the Divine Rights to our own destiny and legacy to be respected, protected and legislated.
5. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want Federal Grants, Restitution and Reparations unconditionally, from this Government (USA) for the most horrific crimes against humanity, atrocious genocide and the worst holocaust of all time, which has ever been committed against any people in the annals of accurate recorded history. We want this Government (USA) to succumb to Redemption and Atonement, for the sinful commitment of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade, slave conditioning, slave tradition, mental slavery and the malignant Pygmalion Juggernaut of slavery. And we want this Government (USA) to apologize for these vicious, barbaric, cruel and unusual states of slavery imposed upon us as a people. (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) Furthermore, we want the Twenty (20) Acres of Land and a Mule per black person that was promised us since the abolishment of chattel slavery. We can trace nowhere in history where a people have been completely stripped of their names, their Creator, (God) their language, their heritage, their culture, their identity, their history, their religion and their land, other than the so-called American Negroes/African Americans.
6. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want this Government (USA) to expunge all incurred debts obliged to this Government (USA) by X-Slaves, the so-called American Negroes/African Americans, (viz.-descendents of the Homeland) due to the pre-slavery and post-slavery Slave Trade, Holocaust of Black Slavery and the malignant Pygmalion Juggernaut of Black Slavery. These cruel, unusual and inhumane circumstances and conditions have been the consequence of horrendous spiritual, psychological and physical hardships, maladjustments, aberrations, dysfunctions, depressions, unbearable stress, anguish and unbelievable distress for well over four hundred (400) years in America regarding the so-called American Negroes/African Americans.
7. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want the taxation of all our people, the so-called American Negroes/African Americans, to be abolished forthwith; due to the fact that we are not adequately represented ethnically as a people in the United States Government. Taxation without representation is unconscionable, unjust and Unconstitutional. In order for there to be proper and just representation within the United States Government of America there must be a commensurate representation within the USA Senate/Congress; e.g.-if there are twenty -five (25) whites in the Senate then there must be twenty-five (25) blacks as well, and so on and so on. We avow that the United States Senate/Congress are the ones who legislate the law. (Viz.-make the law) Furthermore, taxation of the American people in general is unethical and unconscionable, being that the IRS (Internal Revenue Services) is a private entity uncontrolled by the United States of America. The moral constitution of the IRS is in question and is at stake.
8. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want the complete history of the Trans- Atlantic Slave Trade, Slave Conditioning, Slave Tradition and Slave Transitition from 1400, (Indentured Servitude) 1555, (the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade) 1619, (Jamestown, Virginia-the Institution of Enslavement) 1712, (the question of the Willie Lynch Speech) 1863, (the Emancipation Proclamation) through contemporary time, documented and binded into one book and then promulgated and disseminated to every black person in America. We want this Government (USA) to open and reveal it’s archives and the Library of Congress to us (the so-called American Negroes/African Americans) without oppugnancy, but rather with acquiescence. Furthermore, we want the whole story about Sir Captain John Hawkins, Willie (William) Lynch, John Brown, Jim Crowism and the making of a slave (scientific racism) taught in the public school systems of America in its accuracy, truth and facts.
9. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want this Government (USA) to legislate the facts and truth, nothing but the truth, so help us God; regarding Egypt and Jesus Christ to be revealed and taught entirely, in all the public educational institutions, public institutions and government institutions of these United States of America. We want the facts and truth regarding Al-Islamic roots, history, influence and impact on the so-called African continent, revealed and taught in its entirety as well. We want this Government (USA) and mainstream Mega Media to acknowledge the good, the bad, the beautiful and the ugly of our people, history, culture, leaders, etc. We want our entire history preserved n the archives of American Society. Furthermore, we want the mainstream Mega Media to promulgate this truth.
10. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want this Government (USA) to define in full details what actually is and what actually is not “Hate Crimes.” Again, we want this Government to define in full details what actually is and what actually is not “Terrorism.” We want this Government (USA) to stop its practice of racial profiling at once. We want the targeting of black people put to an end immediately; black people are the subject of: suspected while black, (SWB) thinking while black, (TWB) living while black, (LWB) walking while black, (WWB) and driving while black, (DWB) on a continuous and daily basis of our lives. We want the police force, authorities and the law enforcement nationwide to treat us with the proper respect, dignity and civility as human beings. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want our human dignity, human salvation and human liberation upheld on these shores of the United States of America.
11. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want this Government (USA) to abolish the wholesale warehousing of our people (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) in jails, prisons, correctional facilities and penal institutions forthwith; esp. When it comes to blackmen. It is the same situation as the “Pharaoh System” in ancient Egypt; the destruction of the male population-and the killing of the male babies by King Herod to stop the rise of a “Messiah.” We want the ratio to be equally balanced in these institutions of incarceration. For e.g.: if there are one-hundred (100) blackmen incarcerated, then there must be one-hundred (100) whitemen equally incarcerated. Furthermore, we want the long – term imprisonment of our women terminated immediately, for they are the Mothers of Civilization.
12. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want this Government (USA) to abolish the Felony System at once. The Felony System was promulgated in 1920, during the same period that whitewomen were granted the right to vote and smoke. Jim Crowism was phasing out and the Felony was enacted as law to target the Blackman, to prevent them from being viable and productive in the mainstream society of America. The felony law was legislated based on prejudice, biasness and racism. The felony law was a code term to perpetuate the slave institution to contain the Blackman. That is to say: to prevent blackmen from the right to dignified work, voting, running for public office and to own legal firearms. This diabolical scheme backfired on whitefolks, but the greater percentage of blackmen were/are caught in this evil snare. Seventy-Five Percent (75%) of blackmen are victims of the penal system of America and are being stigmatized as Felons. (Viz. -criminals for life) The Rockefeller Act and the Felony system are synonymous with three (3) strikes your out; code term: all blacks are criminals-lets get them! Yet nothing has ever been mentioned about the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade and its devastating Pygmalion Juggernaut on the state of the Blackman, (Black People) the former slave/s of the white-slave master of America. We want all black people who are charged with felonies and/or convicted of felonies to be exonerated forthwith. However, anyone who infringes the law, shall be subject to the law, in a just court, with just peers, a just judicial and a just verdict; beyond a shadow of all reasonable doubt. We agree that anyone found guilty in a court of just law and order, of any offense, violation and/or crime should serve the applicable penalty. Thereafter, once a person has fulfilled their time/penalty and has paid their debt to society, there should be no further castigation against such a person and they should be allowed to live their lives as any other citizen, free of stigma, so long as they comply with and abide by the law. Further, while on the subject, we want all our Political Prisoners released, liberated and exculpated at once. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) charge that this Government (USA) is in violation of its Constitution, The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Law.
13. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want this Government (USA) to avow that the so-called American Negroes/African Americans were branded as slaves, just like cattle and then proclaimed as property of the European /American Slave Masters with the forced bearing of the Western European names as their surnames/last names. To redeem this wrong, injustice and oppression; we want this Government (USA) to process all documents/ID (i.e.-birth certificates, marriage licenses, social security cards, drivers licenses, passports, law enforcement ID, Government ID, school ID, federal/state/city ID & documents, institutional/system records, etc.) of the so-called American Negroes/African Americans who choose to reclaim their natural heritage-identity, to the names of their foreparents/homeland that they elect. We do not want this Government (USA) to be oppugnant, but rather to acquiescence. Furthermore, we want the bamboozlement of the Master Deception of Semantic Games, such as coon, negro, nigger, colored and minority ceased immediately. We are not a “minority,” but rather the majority on this earth. We do not want to be referred to as Minority nor majority; we are black and proud to be black; we are members of the Asiatic part of this planet (now called Africa) and we are now referred to as African Americans. (We need to be referred to as “Asiatic Black People of America”) Even though there is some discrepancy amongst some of us regarding this term, (African Americans) nevertheless it is the accepted term for now. But, without a doubt, we are not Minorities! Minorities/minority means: less than; and we are not less than. The implication here is that we (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) are the lowest and grimiest people in America and the World. Yet, again, no mention is made of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade and its devastating Pygmalion Juggernaut on the state of the so-called American Negroes/African Americans.
14. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want this Government (USA) to cease the degeneration, debauchery and virtuous disregard for our women. We want the spiritual, mental, physical, sexual, moral states, status and qualities of our blackwomen to be revered at all times in the highest of realms of civilized societies; and treated with human dignity in all aspects of life universally. We do not want our blackwomen to be perceived nor projected at anytime as: playtoys, playthings, playgirls, sex objects, slave chattel, booty of war, corporate prostitutes, street whores, high class harlots, low class bitches, sophisticated bitches, Hollywood harlots, trashy niggeresses and hungry-desperate blackwomen for whitemen, etc. We want our blackwomen to stop being portrayed, displayed, depicted and projected negatively, derogatorily, pornographically and insidiously via radio broadcast, TV networks, cinema, mainstream mega media, cable/satellite, telecommunications and the Internet/Cyberspace. Furthermore, we want the promulgation, promotion, propagation and encouraging of miscegenation ceased at once. (esp.-concerning our women) Also, we want the assimilation process of whiteness being maliciously meted against black people, stopped at once. There is nothing wrong with being black! BLACK IS BEAUTIFUL! We want the originality of our blackness reinstated; in order to accomplish this we must withdraw and abstain from the bamboozlement of integration. All this is relevant to the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade and the devastating Pygmalion Juggernaut of Black Slavery.
15. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want this Government (USA) to abandon and abolish all forms of covert and overt genocide on all levels against us immediately! We want all chemical, biological, German warfare and mad scientist experimentations put to an End Now! We are usually the ones being the guinea pigs of these experimentations and our communities are the dumping grounds for its havoc. Furthermore, we want an efficient and thorough investigation into the HIV-VIRUS that allegedly causes AIDS. And upon its findings/conclusions, we want the results revealed to the world and us.
16. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want this Government (USA) to mandate equal rights between man and woman, regarding the raising, rearing, parenting and custody of our children. We want this Government (USA) to legislate “Joint Custody” and abolish single custody, for it destroys the family structure. We want this Government (USA) to stop dividing, separating, breaking up and destroying the Black Family. This is an old practice of the Slavery Plantation of conditioning, which is now tradition. The United States Government of America is guilty of the destruction of the Black Family via the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade and the devastating Pygmalion Juggernaut of Black Slavery.
17. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want this Government (USA) to grant every black family an updated Computer in their household. Furthermore, we want all black people to be efficiently and thoroughly taught into the operations, sciences and technologies of the computers and its connections to the Internet, the Web, Telecommunications and Cyberspace, etc.
18. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want this Government (USA) to legislate all public schools, public Hospitals and public libraries gratis (free) to the American public. This will entitle us to an education, a health plan and a place for community congregation. And further, we want the abolishment of all private/privatization of penal, correctional and prison institutions; for it only breeds racism, modern day slavery and insidious corruption.
19. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want this Government (USA) to open the books before a Congressional Hearing and the Global Community of the Human Family, on the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, Minister Malcolm X, (a/k/a Al-Hajj Malik Shabazz) and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. We want all the facts and evidence revealed, therefore, we demand a thorough and comprehensive investigation of these brutal murders, leaving no stone unturned.
20. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want this Government (USA) to uphold a single standard for all the people, regardless of race, color, religion and/or nationality. Under this standard we (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want the right and liberties to march, parade, boycott, protest, rally, organize, advocate and agitate as any other citizen and/or human being who employs these freedoms on these shores of America. We do not want a system of double standards, but we want a system of single standards as so protected by the Constitution of the United States of America.
21. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want the White Power Structure, The Establishment, The Powers That Be, The System, The Trilateral Commission, The Government, (Federal/State/City) The Politicians, The New Establishment, The New World Order, WTO, (World Trade Organization) The Elders Of Zion, The Olympians, The Euro-Power, The Coalition, NATO and Corporate America, et al to End the suppression, repression, depression and oppression of Black People in America and the World.
22. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want this Government (USA) to legislate, concerning our plight, a full and complete representation, equal accessibility and empowerment of the ballot apparatus, mechanisms and organizations. Furthermore, we want equal empowerment and representation within the delegation/s and electoral voting process and system.
23. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want all racial images of Divine removed from the system of the United States Government of America.
24. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want all our Domestic Black Leaders with National and/or International status in America to be retroactively granted Constitutional Rights, Foreign Agent Rights, International Rights and Diplomatic Immunity, without prejudice from this Government. (USA)
25. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want this Government (USA) to peruse the back page of the Muhammad Speaks Newspaper/Final Call Newspaper of “What The Muslims Want” and “What The Muslims Believe;” and the back page of The Black Panther Party Newspaper of “What We Want” and “What We Believe.”
26. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want equal representation and empowerment within all the levels of this Government. (USA) That is to say: the Executive Branch, Legislative Branch, Judicial Branch, Congress, Scientist, Public Schools, Colleges, Universities and Mainstream Mega Media.
27. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) want this Government (USA) to acknowledge that this Country of America was built on our backs, with our sweat, blood and tears, which are ingrained in the soils of this Country; and with our significant contributions to the development of this Government. Furthermore, that our people have fought in just about every major war that this Country has ever engaged. And for the record, we want this Country (USA) to know that if any people have rights to this Country/Land, other than its Original Inhabitants, the Natives of America, (so-called Indians) it is WE!
28. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) charge this Government (USA) with Terrorism via the Ku Klux Klan, et al, systematic lynching, chain gangs, plantation prisons, police torture and murder, poverty, miseducation, inadequate housing, unemployment, welfare WIN/WEP programs, BCW/ACS child kidnappings, voter discriminations, crack, herion, Rockefeller drug laws, political prisoners and the assassination of our Leaders.
29. We (so-called American Negroes/African Americans) Petition this Government (USA) for community control, moral excellence and security, quality of life, egalitarian opportunity, economical empowerment, political clout, comprehensive freedom, equal justice, racial equality, dignified employment, affordable housing, ownership of land and proper education.
